Audit of financial statements
We provide audit services for financial statements and annual reports as required in Slovakia by the Accounting Act No. 431/2002 Coll. The statutory audit of financial statements is conducted in accordance with Slovak regulations and the International Standards on Auditing (ISA). Ensure you meet CSRD requirements efficiently
Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) was introduced into Slovak legislation in June 2024. It introduces mandatory sustainability reporting, requiring businesses to disclose non-financial information on their activities and environmental impacts.
Starting from 2025, public interest entities must submit a sustainability statement for the 2024 reporting year. In the second wave, starting in 2026, up to 1 000 additional large companies in Slovakia will also be required to comply with CSRD and issue a sustainability statement.
